We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur.

  • All prices for Indian customers are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable GST.
  • Voran Luxury reserves the right to correct any pricing or information errors at any time without prior notice.

5. Diamond and Gemstone Certificates

If your jewelry includes certified diamonds or gemstones (e.g., GIA, IGI, SGL), the original certificate must be returned with any return or exchange. If not provided, a replacement fee of USD 250 / INR 20,000 will be charged.

6. International Orders, Taxes, and Duties

  • You are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in your country.
  • These charges are not included in your purchase price and are billed separately by your local customs or courier.
  • Voran Luxury is not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or parcel abandonment due to non-payment of duties.
  • Refusal to pay such fees may result in forfeiture of your order, and no refund will be issued.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic orders within India are shipped via trusted courier partners and typically delivered within 5–10 business days.
  • International orders may take 10–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.
  • Voran Luxury is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions as outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-returnable.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all certificates.

9. Payment Terms

We accept payments through:

  • India: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, or EMI options.
  • International: PayPal, International Cards, or Bank Transfer.

Voran Luxury uses secure payment gateways to ensure your financial data remains protected.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Voran Luxury, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

  • For Indian customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
  • For international customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
