Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase from Voran Luxury. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • The jewelry item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered, and returned in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, invoices, and diamond or gemstone certificates (e.g., GIA, IGI, SGL) must be included.
  • Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or resized jewelry pieces are non-returnable and considered final sale.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be accepted for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at voranluxury@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed return shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item:
    • Pack the jewelry securely in its original packaging and box.
    • For safety reasons, do not write “jewelry,” “diamond,” or “gold” on the package.
    • Ensure the parcel is fully insured during transit. Voran Luxury is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

3. Item Authentication and Inspection

  • Once the returned item is received, our Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • The inspection process may take 5–7 business days.
  • If the item fails inspection or shows any signs of use or tampering, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved Returns: Once your return is approved, the refund for the product’s purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes) will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 to 10 days
  • International Orders: For customers outside India, refunds do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid during purchase. These charges are non-refundable through Voran Luxury. You may contact your local customs office to inquire about reclaiming such fees.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Order will exchange and replacement will delivered with in 7 days.
  • For custom orders, resizing, or exchanges, additional charges and processing time may apply.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry
  • Resized or modified items
  • Products purchased during special sale events
